Artist's Comments

All done... finally. I'm not sure if I like the way this turned out or not. The shading seems okay, but the overall final look of the lines bothers me. So... I cheated by shrinking the whole thing to "hide" some of the shittiness of the line-art. More screwing around with layers for the psuedo-background. I know, I know. I'm fucking lazy. But this piece of mediocre... stuff... took about twelve hours to complete.

If the comments are about the quality of the lines, background, or shading... then don't bother. I KNOW that they suck. But it's as good as it gets.

This is the starting of a brand new revolution, bite the hand that feeds

Heh, thank you! ^^ I'm glad someone likes it.

Actually, I really like the effect of the background. o.o; I might thief the idea sometime, if it's okay.

"It's been a while since we've had a little "Black death" around here."
:iconstormbringercoyote:
Certainly. It's not a very complicated idea... but it makes the picture look a little more finished, I think. Thanks! ^^

Aw, now you make me feel about commenting on the other one.

The lines aren't bad.

And your thumbnail is adorable.

I like how he looks like a coyote, but still maintians human characteristics. Even better coloured. =)

I once shot a man just to watch him die... then I got distracted and missed it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! *Hugs.*

Don't feel bad about commenting on the other one about the lines. I'm still trying to figure out an easy way to colour without blotting bits and pieces out... which seems to be my biggest problem. I've known about it since my first goes at CG colouring. It's just the one thing that everyone mentions. ^^

Heeeey... maybe you can show me how to make the line-crappiness go away... *Evil look.*

That's why it's called anthromorphic art, hun... an animal with human characteristics! ^^ Like Bugs Bunny or sommat.

Moulding expressions onto a muzzle is easier for me than moulding them onto a human face. There's more surface-area.
:iconabadox:
Right, right, that makes sense. ^^;

Humans aren't exactly easy to draw, hun. Though, Sam was lookin' pretty good in your style.

Practice makes perfect, they say.
